This Accelerator is available to customers with Impact Guided, Advanced, and Total packages and includes leading practices and key resources to facilitate a successful start with Resource Management Workspace.
Key Features
- Session Preparation: Provisioning of a temporary instance and activation/configuration of relevant Resource Management Workspace components within SPM.
- Customer Coaching Sessions:
- Session 1 (up to 90 minutes) includes an overview and demonstration, discussion of foundation data, installation and configuration guidance, and suggestions for next steps.
- Session 2 (optional, 60 minutes) offers Q&A related to Resource Management Workspace within SPM.
- Temporary Instance Access: 30 days access to the temporary instance is provided for hands-on experience.
- Customer Resource Involvement: Involvement of platform owners, system administrators, stakeholders (such as project/resource managers), developers, and trusted service partners is requested to ensure alignment and successful implementation.
