Customer Responsibilities
Successful engagement requires collaboration from several customer roles:
- Platform Owner (Required): Overall accountability and governance of the ServiceNow platform.
- System Administrator(s) (Required): Maintain platform stability, manage support, and implement configuration tasks.
- Reporting Lead(s) (Required): Liaison with the ServiceNow consultant and coordinates resources.
- Process/Service Owner(s) (Recommended): Senior leaders accountable for business processes/services.
- Developer(s) (Recommended): Platform coding and customization.
- Trusted Service Partners (Recommended): Participate in coaching sessions to support ongoing analytics efforts.

- This Accelerator is available for Impact Guided, Advanced, and Total packages.
- Some environments such as FedRAMP, NSC DOD IL5, Australia IRAP-Protected data centers, self-hosted customers, or other restricted environments may have limited or no access to this offering.
- ServiceNow resources provide recommendations but do not implement changes on customer production or sub-production instances.

| Reporting Lead(s) (Required) | Meets with the ServiceNow Impact Accelerator Consultant, provides access to the required resources, and drives the actions from the engagement. |
| Process/Service Owner(s) (Recommended) | A senior leader within each business unit for each major process or service (e.g., incident, change, employee onboarding) who is accountable for ensuring the process is fit for purpose. |
| Developer(s) (Recommended) | Writes code for the ServiceNow platform. |
| Trusted Service Partners (Recommended) | Attends ServiceNow Impact Accelerator coaching session(s) to understand leading practices and potentially support customer going forward. |
