The Impact Store Application, a centralized, interactive portal where you can access your Impact tools and benefits is available directly through your ServiceNow instance, in addition to the Impact Delivery Instance, formerly the Impact Digital Experience portal.
Important:  
If you are an Impact user and have migrated from the Impact Delivery Instance, you will have a different Store App experience to access features that have not been migrated yet. See the Impact overview video to get started with the Impact Store Application.
