## Customer Roles and Responsibilities

The assessment requires involvement from multiple roles to ensure comprehensive coverage and alignment:

* **Required Roles:** CSDM Champion/Sponsor, Platform Owner, Platform Administrator, Enterprise Architect Lead, CSDM Data Modeler/Manager, Technical Service Owner(s)/Manager(s).
* **Optional Roles:** Service Owners and Managers, CMDB Manager, Technical Governance Board Lead, Security Administrator, Master Service Provider/Vendor Lead, Technical Process Owner(s), Technical Service Portfolio Owner/Manager, Application Owner(s).

This Accelerator focuses specifically on assessing and guiding CSDM Technical Services (Walk maturity) and does not cover:

* High-level or detailed CSDM model design or review beyond Technical Services
* Service or Catalog model design or review
* Technical troubleshooting of CSDM implementation or Service Mapping issues

Interactions with  ServiceNow CSDM Subject Matter Experts and personalized content on CSDM for your organization are included.
