Key Activities and Customer Involvement

- Self-Assessment Analysis: Your Platform Architect analyzes your intake questionnaire and self-assessment to prepare customized recommendations.

Customer Roles and Responsibilities
Successful engagement requires active participation across multiple roles within your organization:
- Required Roles: CSDM Champion/Sponsor, Platform Owner, Platform Administrator, Enterprise Architect Lead, CSDM Data Modeler/Manager, CMDB Manager, Application Owner(s), Application Service Owner(s).
- Optional Roles: Process Owner(s), Service Owner(s), Technical Governance Board Lead, Security Administrator, Master Service Provider/Vendor Lead (if applicable).
Prerequisites and Required Inputs
- Completion of the CSDM Assessment - Foundation Data - Advanced Accelerator.
- Submission of the CSDM Assessment Intake Questionnaire and CSDM Application Services and Business Applications Self-Assessment at least one week before the Customer Working Session.
- Access to current CSDM impact materials such as Customer Impact Plan, Architecture Blueprint, Value Blueprint, Capabilities Map, and Product Adoption Roadmap.
What Is Not Included
This Accelerator does not cover:
- CMDB assessment or detailed technical troubleshooting of CSDM framework implementation.
- Assessment or design assistance for Discoverable Configuration Items, Business Services, Technical Services, or Portfolio.
- Detailed technical governance process reviews, technical remediation, or service mapping troubleshooting.
