What You Get
- Session Preparation: Includes provisioning a temporary instance and activating/configuring Predictive Intelligence capabilities.
- Customer Coaching Session #1 (up to 90 minutes): Covers PI capabilities, framework overviews, a Clustering demonstration, configuration guidance, training/testing/monitoring discussion, and next-step identification.
- Customer Coaching Session #2 (optional, up to 60 minutes): Provides a Q&A opportunity related to Predictive Intelligence upon customer request.
Customer Roles and Responsibilities
- Platform Owner (Required): Oversees the ServiceNow platform, ensures team alignment with business and platform strategy, and governs platform usage.
- System Administrator(s) (Required): Maintains platform stability, supports application cases, and implements configuration tasks and feature releases.
- Developer(s) (Recommended): Develops code on the ServiceNow platform to support customization and enhancements.
- Trusted Service Partners (Recommended): Participate in coaching sessions to understand best practices and potentially support ongoing customer needs.
Important Notes
- The accelerator may not be available in certain restricted environments such as FedRAMP, NSC DOD IL5, Australia IRAP-Protected data centers, self-hosted customers, or managed service providers (except for internal use).
- ServiceNow does not implement Predictive Intelligence recommendations on customer sub-production or production instances; customers are responsible for applying these recommendations.

Jumpstart Your Predictive Intelligence provides Impact customers with an overview of Predictive Intelligence machine learning (ML) capabilities, benefits, and outcomes. An overview of the four PI frameworks with an applied demonstration of Clustering is offered. Additionally, specific use cases, a configuration overview, and key resources to enable customers to reach their automation goals are highlighted.
