This accelerator provides Impact customers with an overview of how ServiceNow integrates GenAI on the Platform, highlighting its potential to improve efficiency and user experience. The session includes an applied demonstration of AI Agent experiences via a temporary instance and an overview of its onboarding process. Additionally, this offering shares leading practices for leveraging tools to gain personalized insights.

Responsible for the overall accountability of the ServiceNow platform. Provides leadership and oversight to the System Administrators, ensures team alignment to business strategy and the ServiceNow roadmap, and is actively involved in the overarching governance of the platform. |
| System Administrator(s) (Required) | Maintains the stability and usability of the ServiceNow platform by performing application maintenance, managing support for cases related to ServiceNow applications, and contributing to ServiceNow software releases by delivering configuration tasks and features. |
| Developer(s) (Recommended) |
Writes code for the ServiceNow platform. |
| Process Owner (Recommended) | Owner of a business process that can be accelerated using AI Agents. |
| Trusted Service Partners (Recommended) | Attends ServiceNow Impact Accelerator coaching sessions to understand leading practices and potentially support customer going forward. |
