Share your reservation details with other users

    • Share the details of your reservation with a colleague. An email notification is sent to the colleague with the details. The colleague can also make a reservation near to your workplace.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: sn_wsd_core.workplace_user

    Prozedur

    1. On your mobile device, open the Now Mobile app.
    2. In the Workplace Reservations section, tap My reservations.
      You can also open the My reservations section by selecting the services icon (Services icon.).
    3. Select the reservation that you want to share.
    4. Tap the more options and select the Share icon.

      The appearance of the icon depends on the type of device that you are using.

    5. In the Send reservation details to field, select one or more users with whom you want to share the reservation details.
      Close the page after selecting the users.
    6. In the Add note field, add a note that is sent along with the reservation.
    7. Tap Send.

    Ergebnisse

    After the reservation is confirmed, the reservation details are shared with the selected users.
