    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Self-Service > Employee Center.
      The Employee Center portal opens.
    2. From the Your team drop-down list, select Team members.
    3. Wahlweise: Select the Direct team tab to view details of employees reporting to you.
    4. Wahlweise: Select the Indirect team tab to view details of employees that are not part of your direct reporting line.
    5. View details of your employees.
      • Focus on what the team is doing across multiple activities such as journeys, and growth and development (if Talent Development is installed).
      • Use the Sort by filter to filter data by employee name, type, location, or attention needed. If Talent Development is installed, filters can be applied on the outcome type of growth plans and on the learnings that the team members are currently pursuing.
      • Search for a specific employee by entering at least two characters in the Search field.
      • Select the Card view icon (Card view icon) to view employee details in a card view.
      • Select the List view icon (List view icon) to view employee details in a list view.
    6. Provide assistance to your skip level reporting employees when the direct reporting manager is unavailable, for example, on leave.
      To view details of your skip level employees along with your direct reporting employees, select the Settings icon (Settings icon) in the Direct team tab, then enable the Show skip level reports option.

      You cannot view skip level reports of employees that are not part of your direct reporting line.

    7. Select View org chart in the Direct team tab to view reporting structure of your employees.
    8. Select an employee's name on the employee card to view the employee details modal.

    9. Select the View menu icon (View menu icon) on an employee card or employee modal, to schedule conversations, assign learning, and so on.
