Use the View menu icon in Manager Hub
Use the View menu icon (
) to view org menu, interact with an employee or assign a learning course.

| View org chart | View reporting structure of an employee. |
| Schedule conversation | Schedule a conversation with an employee. If you have the Microsoft Outlook integration for Manager Hub, the Schedule a conversation form opens. For more information, see Schedule a conversation form. If you don't have the Microsoft Outlook integration for Manager Hub, the Create a conversation form opens. For more information, see Create a conversation form. |
| View profile | View the profile of an employee. |
| Send email | Send an email to an employee. This action opens a link with the work email of your employee in the To field (default email client), and an empty subject line. |
| Call | Call an employee. |
| Assign learning | Assign a learning course to an employee. For more information, see Assign learning form. Hinweis: You can only assign learning for direct reports. |
| View articles as employee | View articles visible to an employee. Hinweis: You can only view articles visible to your direct reports. |
