Default configurations for team requests
Predefined set of team request configurations are available to use after you have activated Manager Hub from ServiceNow Store.
| Request type | Description |
|---|---|
| cat_item | Configuration to display items (of type hardware and software) that are requested by an employee in Manager Hub |
| hr_service | Configuration to display cases (except for employee relations cases) opened by an employee in Manager Hub. |
