Configure an allegation type and its subtypes
Configure allegation types and allegation subtypes that the legal fulfillers working on complaints can choose when adding new allegations during investigations.
Vorbereitungen
Role required: sn_lg_investigate.config or admin
Prozedur
- Navigate to All > Legal Administration > Legal Investigations Admin > Allegation Types.

Configure or modify an allegation type.
- To configure a new allegation type, click New.
- To modify an existing allegation type, open the allegation type from the list.
- In the Name field, enter a unique name for the allegation type.

Select the Active option to enable the allegation
type.
Only active allegation types are listed in the Allegation type field on the Allegation form of a legal matter.

Save the allegation type.
- Save an allegation type by clicking Submit.
- Save the changes to an existing allegation type by clicking Update.
The Allegation Subtypes related list appears. -
Configure allegation subtypes for the allegation type.
Hinweis:You can also configure an allegation subtype by navigating to All > Legal Administration > Legal Investigations Admin > Allegation Subtypes > .

In the Allegation Subtypes related list, add an allegation subtype by
clicking New or modify an existing one by
selecting from the list.
Tabelle : 1. Allegation Subtype form Field Description Name Unique name for the allegation subtype. Allegation type Parent allegation type. Active Option to enable this allegation subtype. -
Save the allegation subtype.
- Save an allegation subtype by clicking Submit.
- Save the changes to an existing allegation subtype by clicking Update.
