Add an allegation record and associate it with an involved party

  • Add an allegation record to the legal matter as part of your complaint investigation, and associate it with an involved party.

    You can also associate an allegation with an involved party from the Involved Party form.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Legal Request > Legal Counsel Center.
    2. Open a legal matter assigned to you in which you want to add an allegation record.
    3. In the Allegations tab, add or modify an allegation record.
      • To add an allegation record, click New.
      • To modify an existing an allegation record, open an allegation record from the list.
    4. On the form, fill in the fields.

      Field Description
      Allegation type Type of the allegation.
      Allegation subtype Subtype of the selected allegation type.
      Description Detailed information about the allegation.
    5. Save the allegation record.
      • Save an allegation record by clicking Save.
      • Save the changes to an existing allegation record by clicking Update.
      The Subjects of Allegation tab appears.
    6. Associate the allegation to an involved party.
      1. In the Subjects of Allegation tab, click Add.
      2. On the Add Involved Party dialog box, select an involved party from the list.
        Hinweis:
        An involved party of type Subject of Allegation can only be associated with an allegation record.
      3. Click Add.
      The selected involved party is listed in the Subjects of Allegation tab.
