Enable manager who is creating a journey for an employee, to add relevant learning recommendations for the employee in the Employee Center.

Learning recommendations can be added from Add courses option at the bottom left of the journey page. Courses are displayed under the Recommended courses section. The courses are from external learning partners like Udemy, Pluralsight, and Cornerstone.

The courses displayed are based on solution definitions Similar journey based recommendations created under Similarity. The recommendations are based on the courses taken by similar employees with same Lifecycle Event type (LE) and Journey Accelerator action Plan (JA plan type).
