Recommended learning in journey configurations
Administrators add relevant learning recommendations to a journey configuration.
The recommendations are based on the courses taken by similar employees with the same Lifecycle Events type (LE), Journey designer journeys, and Journey Accelerator plans.
- Recommended courses that are added to a journey configuration by an administrator can be modified or deleted only by an administrator.
- Recommended external courses are only available for the designated duration of the course.
- Recommended learning courses are accessible to managers and mentors that have Can add recommended learning permission in a journey configuration. Managers and mentors can add courses only as recommendations to an individual journey from the Employee Center. See, Display learning recommendations to the Manager creating a journey.
