Report a safety incident or observation in the offline mode-without an internet connection- through the Now Mobile app. Once you go online, the incidents or observations reported offline are synchronized automatically.

Vorbereitungen

Verify the following conditions:

• The system properties for the offline mode behavior of the mobile application are configured. For more information, see .
• The Health and Safety Incident Management application is configured for offline mobile. For more information, see Configure offline mode in the Now Mobile app for Health and Safety.
• The offline mode for the Now Mobile app on your mobile device is turned on. For more information, see Offline mode for mobile.
• The glide.sg.offline.scheduled_download.enabled system property for scheduled offline caching is set. If the property is not set, manually update cache before you go offline. To update cache, navigate to Settings and tap Update Cache.

Prozedur

1. Open the Now Mobile app on your mobile device.
2. In the navigation bar, tap Home.
3. In the Quick links section on the page, select an option.
   • To report a basic incident, tap Report safety incident.
   • To report an observation, tap Report safety observation.
4. Fill in the fields and tap Submit.
5. Wahlweise: To review the reported incident or observation, open it from the My items section on the page.
   • To view an incident, tap My H&S incidents and then tap the incident number.
   • To view an observation, tap My H&S observations and then tap the observation number.
