Configure offline mode in the Now Mobile app for Health and Safety

    • Setup offline mode in the Now Mobile app for Health and Safety so that users can access it even without an internet connection.

    Vorbereitungen

    Ensure that the application scope is selected as Now Mobile. For more information, see Application picker.

    Prozedur

    1. Enable offline mode for the Now Mobile app so that the users can access it even when they're not connected to the internet.
      1. Navigate to All > System Mobile > Mobile branding > Mobile App Configs.
      2. Select Now Mobile.
      3. Select the Offline enabled option to turn on the offline mode.
      4. Select Update.
    2. Make the Now Mobile Home page available for offline use in Health and Safety.
      1. Navigate to All > System Mobile > Mobile App Builder.
        The Mobile App Builder opens in a new browser tab and displays the application scope selection screen.
      2. Search for the Health and Safety application scope and then select the name of the application scope.
        To enable offline mode for safety incidents and observations, select Health and Safety Incident Management.
      3. Select Mobile app configs, and then select the Now Mobile to configure offline mode in it.
      4. If the scope is not set as Now Mobile, select Edit in original scope.
      5. Under Home, select Homepage and then select Open record.
      6. Turn on the Available offline option.
      7. Select Save.
