Create a purpose that describes the use of a workplace item. Add this purpose to a relevant workplace space or room so that the purpose is displayed on the reservation portal.

Role required: sn_wsd_rsv.manager

Prozedur

1. Navigate to All > Workplace Reservation Management > Administration > Reservable Purposes.
2. Click New.
3. On the form, fill in the fields.

   Tabelle : 1. Reservable Purpose form

   Field	Descriptions
   Name	Descriptive name for the purpose.
   Active	Option to activate the reservable purpose.
   Description	Short description with details on the purpose of the reservable item. The description is not displayed to the employees.

4. Click Submit.

Ergebnisse

The reservable purpose is added.
