  • Retrieve documents from the Document Management System (DMS) and use them in SAE assessments to support AI‑generated draft responses.

    Prozedur

    1. Upload or update a document in DMS.
      When a document changes, DMS triggers an event that makes the file and associated metadata available to SAE.
    2. Open the assessment assigned to you.
      The system automatically retrieves any DMS documents associated with the vendor being assessed.
    3. Review the AI‑generated draft responses.
      SAE analyzes DMS documents and produces draft answers for relevant questions. You can edit or replace these suggestions.
    4. Update responses as needed.
      Confirm that each draft response is accurate and complete before continuing.
    5. Submit the assessment.
      Assessments are not submitted automatically. You must manually submit the final responses.
