    The control objective workflow is disabled by default.

    Disabling the property after it has been enabled reverts the form to its previous state. Workflow action buttons are hidden, and existing staging records become inaccessible through the UI, although they remain in the system for audit purposes.

    Hinweis:
    The control objective workflow property is available only when the base workspace plugin is installed.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Policy and Compliance > Administration > Properties.
    2. Locate the Enable control objective workflow property.
    3. Select the check box to enable the property, then select Save.

    Ergebnisse

    When you enable the control objective workflow, the following changes take effect:
    • The Owner and Owning Group fields appear on the control objective form and become required.
    • Workflow actions such as Request Review, Publish, and Retire become available in workspace.
    • Edit access to control objectives is restricted to users listed in the Owner field, members of groups listed in the Owning Group field, and users with the compliance manager role.
