# Submit an assessment

You must have the assessment actor role to complete and submit the assessment. The submit button becomes enabled once all required questions are answered.

A lock icon next to the submit button indicates the number of required questions remaining. Hovering over the lock icon displays the exact count, helping you track your progress.

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to your workspace and then to your list of assessments.  
   Here's an example of how to navigate to this list in the Compliance Workspace.
   1. Navigate to AllPolicy and ComplianceCompliance Workspace.
   2. Select the tasks icon (![Tasks icon.]()).
   3. Select the Control attestations on the left panel.
   4. In the My pending tasks related list, the assessments are displayed.

2. Select the assessments that you want to submit.
3. To submit the assessment, on the top pane select Submit.  
   The submit dialog box appears.
4. Read the confirmation message and select the check box.
5. Select Submit.
