# Create a request

# Create a Personal Data Rights request {#ariaid-title1}

Create a request regarding your personal data to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information held by an organization or entity.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: sn_grc_pdr.pdr_requester

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllPersonal Data Rights Workspace.
2. Select Create.
3. Select Request.
4. On the form, fill in the fields.  
   For a description of the field values on the personal data rights request form, see [Personal data rights request form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/LTro_h955yGssxaDrziCTw "Use the Personal data rights request form in the Personal Data Rights application to initiate a process to access, correct, or delete personal data.").
5. Select Save.
6. On the Details tab, select Update state.
7. Provide additional comments.
8. Select Submit.  
   The state of the task moves from Draft to Assigned.
