# Download Compliance Case Management {#ariaid-title1}

Before you run the Compliance Case Management application in your instance, you must download it from the ServiceNow Store.

The ServiceNow Store application enables you to download the core products and applications. A product contains one or more applications that are licensed as a group. For example, the GRC application is a product.

## Prozedur

1. In the ServiceNow Store application, you must ensure that you have entitlements, or licenses, to the application and its dependent applications.  
   Hinweis:  
   This process applies only to the applications that are downloaded to the production instances. If you're downloading the applications to your non-production or development instances, it isn't necessary to get entitlements. 2. Activate the application and run it on your instance.
