The ServiceNow® GRC RiskLens Integration application incorporates quantitative analysis results from RiskLens, based on the Factor Analysis of Information Risk (FAIR). Risk managers are provided more accurate and timely risk exposure awareness in monetary terms. Risk owners have an in-depth view of the risks affecting their enterprise with the tools to manage and mitigate them more effectively. {#request-risklens-analysis__ProductNameMark}

## Warum und wann dieser Vorgang ausgeführt wird

The System Admin installs the RiskLens Integration from the ServiceNow Store and configures its settings before risk users can request analysis.

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllRiskRisk RegisterAll Risks.
2. Select a risk.
3. Select Request RiskLens Analysis.  
   The Request RiskLens Analysis Request button is visible and the RiskLens Analysis tab contains empty fields.
4. Select Request RiskLens Analysis Request.  
   While the request is sent to RiskLens, the status is Pending.
5. Once the request is received and assigned to an analyst by RiskLens, the risk Request Status changes from Pending to In Progress.  
   The RiskLens Analysis process might take up to four days. The interval for checking the progress of the request can be changed, by modifying the RiskLens: Check Analysis Request status scheduled job.
6. Once the RiskLens analysis is complete, the risk Request Status changes from In Progress to Fulfilled, and the information on the RiskLens Analysis tab of the risk record is populated.  
7. To see the entire list and status of each request, navigate to RiskRiskLens IntegrationAnalysis Requests.
