    • The risk identification dashboard is useful for risk managers and helps them to keep a track of various records or objects which are in transit in the risk identification workflow.

    This dashboard offers various insights for the users. These insights enable risk managers to decide the required action and helps them to prioritize the risk identification records that need attention. For example, if there are questionnaires past their due date, the risk managers may want to follow up with the person who was assigned the questionnaire.

    Starting with version 18.1.0 of the Risk Management and Advanced Risk applications, the Risk Identification Overview dashboard is available in the Next Experience UI Framework.

    If you are on Vancouver or Washington DC, you can view the dashboard in the Next Experience UI Framework.

    To open the dashboard, navigate to All > Advanced Risk Assessment > Risk Identification > Analytics Overview.

    Reports

    This dashboard displays the following reports:

    Title Type Description
    New Entities Single scoreSingle score icon. The number of new entities created in GRC in the last week. This report notifies the risk manager of the new entities. The risk manager can map the risks and controls for the new entities and check if the risk identification workflow is initiated or not.
    Questionnaires Past Due Date Single scoreSingle score icon. The number of questionnaires that have past their due date. This allows the risk manager to track the number of overdue questionnaires and take necessary actions.
    Orphan New Entities Single scoreSingle score icon. The number of new entities created weekly that do not have an owner. Orphan entities have risks and controls with no one acting upon those risks. This report allows the risk manager to track entities for which an owner is missing and identify an owner to respond to the survey.
    Risk Identifications by State Horizontal barHorizontal bar icon. The number of risk identification records grouped by state such as:

    • Information gathering
    • Control mapping
    • Citations and Policies
    • Risk Mapping
    • Review
    • Monitor
    Entities by Inherent Risk Pie chartPie chart icon. The number of risk identifications grouped by inherent risk ratings. This report allows the risk manager to track risk identification based on inherent risk ratings and highlight the critical entities that need immediate attention.
    Inherent Assessments by Due Date Bar graphBar graph icon. The number of upcoming inherent assessments assigned to a user based on the due date. This is a weekly report.
    Questionnaires by Due Date Bar graphBar graph icon. The number of upcoming questionnaires assigned to a user based on the due dates. This is a weekly report.
