  • Configure your smart assessment template categories so the smart assessment response assist skill can retrieve and use documents from the DMS during assessment activities.

    Vorbereitungen

    • Now Assist for Smart Assessment Engine is installed and the smart assessment response assist skill is active.
    • Smart Assessment Engine is enabled and your TPRM SAE assessment and questionnaire templates active.

    • Third‑party or engagement records have documents available in the Document Management System (DMS) that include required metadata.

    When the smart assessment response assist skill is activated and template categories are configured, assessment context is evaluated, third‑party records in scope are resolved, related documents are retrieved from DMS, and the documents are available for document‑assisted drafting in SAE TPRM assessments. Only documents that you can access in DMS are available for AI‑assisted drafting.

    Hinweis:
    To identify the correct category, open a target assessment template and review the Category field.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Generative AI > Smart Assessment Engine > Template Categories
    2. Select the template category of the assessment you want to configure for draft response generation.
    3. Enable draft response generation during assessments by selecting the enable AI‑assisted responses option.
    4. Configure the document provider logic.

      Configure the document provider used by the SAE skill to retrieve documents from DMS based on the current assessment instance.

      The logic must return documents in a format supported by SAE and apply access checks before returning results.

    5. Verify document visibility for assessors.

      Confirm that assessors and reviewers can access the returned DMS documents and document versions.

    6. Test document‑assisted drafting in a TPRM assessment.

      Open a Smart Assessment in TPRM and select Draft responses with AI.

      Select Documents, review the available files, and generate draft responses to confirm the workflow is working as expected.

    7. Wahlweise: Refine document selection logic.

      If your organization uses custom third‑party relationships or classifications, refine the document provider logic to include additional filtering or selection rules.

      Test changes in a sub‑production instance before promotion.

    When activation is complete, Now Assist for TPRM uses the Smart Assessment Engine skill to retrieve relevant DMS documents and support AI‑assisted drafting in Smart Assessments.
