# Add or create an issue for a privacy case

# Add or create an issue for a privacy case {#ariaid-title1}

Identify and manage issues related to the impacted areas for the reported privacy
case. You can also create issues from the Privacy Case Management landing
page.

## Vorbereitungen

Role required: sn_privacy_case.privacy_case_analyst

## Prozedur

1. Navigate to AllPrivacy ManagementPrivacy Workspace.
2. Select the list ![List icon]() icon.
3. Select All Cases.
4. Open the case for which you want to add an issue.
5. Select the Issues related list and do one of the following.

   | Option | Action |
   | To add an existing issue | 1. Select Add 2. Select the issues you want to add. 3. Select Add. {#add-issues__ol_alx_bm5_yvb} |
   | To create an issue | Refer to the [new issue creation form](https://servicenow-prod.fluidtopics.net/hIBtE92OV~XQARhMx3Eufw "Use the Create New Issue form in Operational Resilience Workspace to add an issue to a business service or a scenario analysis."). |
