Mobile experience for Universal Request
Create universal requests from a mobile device using the Now Mobile application. Stay connected and access information in real time.
A requester can use the mobile device to create universal requests by tapping on the Get help link within the context menu of the Services tab.
The mobile experience for Universal Request provides a snapshot of the Universal Requests created in the list view along with their statuses. Tapping on the Universal Request takes you to the detailed view of the request with the updates.
Requesters can cancel a UR from the mobile device and enter the reason for canceling the
request if they no longer need it or they have already resolved it. When an UR is canceled,
email notifications are sent to the requester as well as to the agent working on the
request.
Hinweis:
Requesters can cancel a UR only if there are no active or closed primary tickets
attached to it. Also, the state of UR must be either New or In
Progress.
