Validate skills in Manager Hub

  • Affirm the skills that your employee claims to have by reviewing and validating them in Manager Hub.

    Role required: sn_skills_int.manager

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Employee Center.
    2. In the Employee Center home page, navigate to Your team > Manager Hub > Conversations.
    3. Open the conversation that is scheduled with your employee.
    4. On the Employee details tab, select the Skills tab.
      Skill validation section in Manager Hub.
    5. Select the Validate skills button, and then select the skills that you want to validate.
      The validated skills window displays the skill types, such as the required skills and all the other added skills, that your employee has.
    6. Additionally, select any skill to review activities related to the skill that your employee has made progress on before you can validate it.
    7. Select Validate selected skills.

    Ergebnisse

    The validated skills are marked with a green tick in the employee skills profile, indicating that you validated the skills of your employee. For more information, see Career tab in Employee Center.
