    • Map tasks with its corresponding task types in the Universal Task to select and assign in the Recruitment workspace.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > System Definition > Interceptors.
    2. In the Interceptors list, select Applicant Task Rule.
    3. In the Answers section, select the required answer you want to map to a task type.
    4. In the Target URL field, set the sysparm_type and the sysparm_label to your required task type and select Update.
    5. Wahlweise: Select New and select Ask the user to make a selection based on SNC choice list to create a new answer option.
    6. Wahlweise: In the Answer new record form, fill in the fields, and select Submit.
