Proceed with a Legal Invention Disclosure request
Once an application for a Legal Invention Disclosure request is complete and has been approved, approve the application to proceed for review by an outside counsel.

A legal matter related to the request with which an outside counsel is associated must exist.

Prozedur
- Navigate to .

Select the List icon (
) from the primary navigation and in the Legal Requests section of the Lists menu, select All.
- Open the Legal Invention Disclosure request.
- Select the Legal Matters tab.
- Open the matter associated with the request.
- Select Proceed with application.
Ergebnisse
A matter task named "Proceed with application" is generated and can be viewed in the Tasks tab. The State is updated to Work in Progress and the Application status is updated to Proceed with application.
If an optional reward to the inventor at the Proceed with application stage has been set up, it is processed and sent to the inventor. When a rewarding task is generated, the task is sent to the patent fulfiller for approval. After the approval, the information is sent to the payroll team for processing the reward.
