    • Assign the legal user role to a custodian who is responsible for preserving data related to a legal hold.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > User Administration > Users.
    2. Search for and select the target user.
      If the user record does not exist, create it. For more information, see Create a user.
    3. In the Roles related list, select Edit.
    4. In the Collection list, search for and select the sn_lg_ops.legal_user role.
    5. Add the user to the Roles list by selecting the right arrow icon (Right arrow icon.) to add it to the Roles List.
    6. Select Save.

    Ergebnisse

    The user is assigned as the legal user role and can be added as a custodian when issuing a legal hold notice.
