Use the View menu icon in Leader Hub

    • Use the View menu icon (View menu icon) to view the career profile of an employee, schedule or create a conversation, or send emails.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Self-Service > Employee Center.
    2. From the Leader hub drop-down list, select Org talent.
      The Org talent page appears.
    3. Use the organizational chart or the Search for employees in your org field to select an employee in your organization.
      Tipp:
      The card for each employee reflects whether they have individuals who report to them. You can determine whether an employee leads a team by viewing the number of direct and total reports they have in their employee card.
    4. Select the View menu icon (View menu icon) to perform one of the following steps.

      View career profile View a comprehensive career profile of an employee.
      Create a conversation Create a conversation with an employee.

      This option is only visible if the Microsoft Outlook integration isn’t enabled for Leader hub. For more information, see Create a conversation form.
      Schedule conversation Schedule a conversation with an employee.

      This option is only visible if the Microsoft Outlook integration is enabled for Leader hub. For more information, see Schedule a conversation form.
      Send email Send an email to an employee.

      This action opens a link with the work email of your employee in the To field (default email client), and an empty subject line.
