    • Virtual Agent notifications help the hiring manager and the recruiter remain updated about the recent changes in their requisitions and corresponding applications keeping the communication channel smooth.

    Virtual Agent for the hiring manager

    For job requisitions you receive notifications
    When a recruiter is assigned to a requisition.
    When a field in a job requisition form is updated.
    When the state of the job requisition changes.
    You can:
    • Leave a message reply for the recruiter via the Virtual Agent.
    • Follow the link to go to the job requisition details page.
    • Skip notifications to stop the inflow of notifications.

    Virtual Agent for the recruiter

    For job requisitions you receive notifications
    When a hiring manager leaves a message for the recruiter from the activity stream of the Hiring tab.
    When the State of the job requisition changes. The recruiter receives a notification for self-made changes too.
    For job applications you receive notifications
    when an applicant leaves a message from the Applicant Center.
    You can:
    • Leave a message reply for the hiring manager via the Virtual Agent notification.
    • Follow the job requisition link to go to the job requisition details page.

    You can also:

    • Follow the job application link to go to the job application details page.
    • Leave a message reply for the applicant.
    • Skip notifications to stop the inflow of notifications.

    The Virtual Agent notifications feature is only available with the Microsoft Teams.
