Extend the Leader Hub application's capabilities by integrating with the Talent Development suite of applications to acquire pertinent data about the talent in your organization.

Leader Hub integrates with certain applications in the Talent Development suite to generate metrics for employee engagement. Organizational leaders use the data that Leader Hub generates to effectively drive performance, foster growth, and harness the potential of their teams. Leaders can view and analyze the data associated with their organization's talent from the Employee Center.

Leader Hub provides an integration with the following applications:

Talent Development Core

Talent Development Core (sn_egd_core) includes the Skills Foundation plugin (sn_skills_int), which must be enabled to use Leader Hub. Talent Development Core also provides the following modules, which are growth tools used in the metrics that Leader Hub generates for measuring employee engagement:

• Aspirations
• Growth plans

Skills Foundation

Leader Hub uses the skill data from Skills Foundation in the metrics that it produces for skill competency scores and critical skill gaps.

Career Conversations

When you optionally install the Career Conversations plugin (sn_egd_act), Leader Hub generates metrics for employee engagement with the Career Conversations app, such as the percentage of managers in your organization who had conversations with their employees in the past 30 days.

Mentoring

When you optionally install the Employee Connections plugin (sn_ecn), Leader Hub generates metrics for employee engagement with the Mentoring app, such as the percentage of employees in your organization currently engaged in mentorship.

Learning

When you optionally install the Learning plugin (sn_lep), Leader Hub generates metrics for employee engagement with the Learning app, such as the percentage of employees in your organization who have completed courses in the past 30 days.
