Submit a JSA through the Now Mobile app

    • Submit a job safety analysis (JSA) to identify hazards related to your job and identify control measures that should be in place at your point-of-work.

    Role required: sn_hs_rm.jsa_reporter

    Prozedur

    1. Open the Now Mobile app on your mobile device.
    2. Create a JSA.
      OptionSteps
      From Home tab
      1. In the navigation bar, tap Home.
      2. In the Quick links section on the page, tap Create a job safety analysis.
      From Support tab
      1. In the navigation bar, tap Support.
      2. In the Browse from all topics section on the page, tap Health and Safety and then tap Job safety analysis.
      From a previously submitted JSA To reuse a JSA that you submitted previously to save time:
      1. In the navigation bar, tap Support.
      2. In the Browse from all topics section on the page, tap Health and Safety.
      3. Under the Quick links section on the page, tap View my JSAs.
      4. In the list, open the JSA that you want to copy.
      5. Tap Copy.

      A JSA form with values copied from the previous JSA opens.
    3. Fill in the fields.

    4. Tap Submit.
      A confirmation message with a link to open the JSA appears on the screen.
    5. Wahlweise: Tap the link to open and review the JSA.

    Ergebnisse

    • The JSA is submitted for your job or task. To view your submitted JSAs, navigate to the My items section on the Home page, tap My job safety analyses, and then tap the required JSA.
    • The JSA is also listed in the JSAs list on Health and Safety Workspace. A risk manager [sn_hs_rm.jsa_manager] can view all the filed JSAs by navigating to the Health and Safety Workspace and selecting the JSAs icon (JSAs icon).
