Create or modify root cause analysis of a safety incident on the Mobile Agent app

  • As an agent or a manager, create or edit a root cause analysis on-site using the Mobile Agent app.

    Role required: sn_ohs_im.manager, sn_ohs_im.agent

    Prozedur

    1. Open the Mobile Agent app on your mobile device.
    2. In the navigation bar, tap Home.
    3. Tap the Safety incidents icon safety incident icon from the quick links section.
    4. Open a safety incident record.
    5. Tap the Related lists tab and then tap Root cause analysis.
      1. To modify an existing root cause analysis record,
        • Swipe left on the root cause analysis record to view the edit and delete options.
        • Open the root cause analysis record and tap More options icon more options then tap edit or delete.
      2. To add a new root cause analysis record, tap Add new root cause analysis.
    6. On the form, fill in the details.

    7. Tap Submit.
