Configure a permit-to-work request

    • Edit existing questions on a permit to work form or add new questions.

    Role required: admin and sn_hs_rm.permit_coordinator

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Service catalog > Catalog definitions > Record producers.
    2. Search for and select Request a permit to work.
    3. Either add new questions or edit existing questions.

      Add a new question
      1. In the Variables related list, select New.
      2. On theVariable new record form, fill in the fields.

      3. Select Submit.
      Modify an existing question
      1. In the Variables related list, select the existing question.
      2. Edit the information.
      3. Select Update.
