  • The safety audit manager can use the audit objectives form to define the objectives and scope of a safety audit.

    Priority Priority level for this objective.
    Locations Locations that this objective applies to.
    Departments Departments that this objective applies to.
    Assigned to Person responsible for this objective.

    Method Method how this objective should be assessed, for example, interview, document review, inspection, or any other method.
    Due date Date by which this objective must be completed.
    Description Detailed description about the purpose and scope of this objective.
    Expected outcome Description of what a satisfactory result looks like for this objective.
