Submit a visitor invitation to send an email to your visitor with information about their upcoming visit. Before visitors can enter the workplace, they must respond to the email and agree to comply with the safety requirements and policies listed in the email.

Prozedur

1. Open the visitor invitation form based on the type of device that you're using.

   Option	Action
   Smartphone or tablet	From the Now Mobile, tap Health, and under Follow These Safety Practices, tap Set up a visit.
   Computer	Navigate to Employee Health and Safety Status > Set up a visit.

2. On the form, fill in the fields.

   Field	Description
   Host employee	The employee who is inviting the visitor.
   Location of visit	Workplace location of the visit.
   Date of visit	The date of the visit.
   Visitor's first name	Visitor's first name.
   Visitor's middle name	Visitor's middle name.
   Visitor's last name	Visitor's last name.
   Visitor's phone	Visitor's phone number.
   Visitor's email	Visitor's email address.
   Visitor's company	The company that the visitor works for.
   Reason for visit	The reason for the visit.
   Watch list	Everyone on the watch list receives an email notification when the visit is approved or canceled.

3. Click Submit.

Ergebnisse

A visitor record is created in the Health and Safety Visitors table [sn_imt_core_visitor], or updated if a record for the visitor already exists. A record is also created in the Health and Safety Visitor Invitation table [sn_imt_core_visitor_invitation].
