Install the Employee Goals application to import the goal management data stored on your human capital management (HCM) system to the ServiceNow AI Platform®. When configuration options are available, administrators can configure components of the application to meet the specifications of your organization.

After goal data is imported from your HCM system to the ServiceNow AI Platform, employees can conveniently access their goals from the Employee Center.
