  • Enable the employee to use filters, filter groups, and categories to easily filter, discover, and fulfill the tasks in a few clicks.

    Filters help employees and managers with better visibility into the time-sensitive and business-critical tasks. Admins empower employees to search, filter, and narrow-down the desired tasks. Enable employees to select these filters and display the records that qualify the selected filter condition.

    Enable employees to manage their tasks using the admin-configured filters from the My Tasks page. Define the following options to narrow-down the desired tasks.
    • Conditions: Create conditions and map them to one or multiple filters.
    • Filters: Create filters and map them to categories or filter groups.
    • Filters groups: Create filter groups and associate them with multiple filters.
    • Categories: Create categories and associate them with filters or filter groups.

    Admins can create and map conditions to filters. Organize the display preferences with Categories and Filter groups. You can configure the display criteria and order preferences. You can use a condition builder to specify the conditions for a desired task for easier discovery on the My tasks page.

    You can customize your own filters to suit your business requirements, for example, create a custom filter to display approvals from third-parties such as SAP Concur or Workday.

    The filter framework is extensible. You can customize your own filters to suit your business needs.
    When redirected from Manager Hub to the My tasks page, managers can have better visibility into the team tasks or approvals with additional options to organize. The respective Manager Hub filters are pre-applied.
