Associate a quick link to a topic

    • Associate quick links to topics to quickly view important content, such as knowledge articles, catalog, items, internal pages, and external links.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: taxonomy_admin

    User criteria required: Taxonomy Manager.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Content Taxonomy > Topics.
    2. Click and open the topic to associate with a quick link.
    3. On the Quick Link tab, click New.

    4. On the form, fill in the fields.
      For more information on the fields and description, see Quick Link form.
      Hinweis:
      You can't add a quick link as a featured item.
    5. Click Submit.
