Modify a contract record

    • After a contract record is created, you can change the end date, parent contract, and contract model.

    If changes are made to a contract end date or its terms and conditions, a copy of the contract is automatically saved and placed in contract history.

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to your workspace.
    2. Open the contract request.
    3. Select a contract.
    4. Wahlweise: Modify the contract end date.
      1. In the End date field, select the Show End date calendar icon (Show Start date calendar icon).
      2. In the calendar pop-up, select a date.
      3. Select OK.
    5. Wahlweise: Modify the parent contract.
      1. In the Parent contract field, select the Search for Record icon (Search for Record icon).
      2. In the Parent contract pop-up list, select a contract record to assign as the parent contract.
    6. Wahlweise: Change the contract model.
      1. In the Contract model field, select the Search for Record icon (Search for Record icon).
      2. In the Contract model pop-up list, select the model.
    7. Select Save.
