    1. Install Contract Management Pro

      Install the  Contract Management Pro application. The application installs related  ServiceNow® Store applications and plugins, if they aren’t already installed.

    2. Set up record producers for legal contracts

      Create a record producer and specify base system settings so users can initiate contract request to seek legal department's guidance on legal contracts.
