    • You can customize the tabs and the contextual side panel for a case record page in HR Agent Workspace.

    Vorbereitungen

    Role required: workspace_admin, ui_builder_admin, or admin

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > HR Case Management > UI Builder for Agent Workspace for HR Case Management.
    2. Under the Pages and variants list, select your Case SRP record.
    3. Navigate to Settings, and select Duplicate variant.
      A copy of case record page is created.
    4. Under Contents in the Body level, select Main Tab.
