  • Talent Profile helps you get an aggregated view of different talent types at different touch points in the Hiring Experiences workflow.

    Talent Profile aids in quicker hiring decisions by providing an all-around view of your internal and external talent types like - applicant, employee, contingent, and alumni in one place.

    Talent Profile also helps spot a particular talent by their previous interaction with the organization. It helps the recruiters distinguish between first-time applicants from the more experienced ones.

    For each talent in the Talent Profile, you see:
    • Personal information - Name and contact information.
    • Work experience - Employment history, educational qualifications, certifications.
    • History of interaction - Other applications from the talent and their outcomes.

    Talent Profile benefits

    Create a Talent Profile to leverage your existing talent profile repository that has different internal talent types - employee, alumni, contingent, and so on. Manage the internal profiles in an aggregated manner with your external candidate profiles. As new applications arrive those add up to the existing Talent Profile repository; constantly keeping it updated.

    Talent Profile helps:
    • Recruiters can select the talent from a talent repository consisting of first-timers and veterans who have a history of interaction with the organization.
    • Hiring managers can target their interview questions based on the talent's available interaction history with the organization.
    • Hiring team can identify the accurate fit quicker from the different types of talent available, whether internal or external.
