Configuring ServiceNow Add-in for Microsoft 365
Configure the ServiceNow Add-in for Microsoft 365 and map the email fields to catalog items or forms.
Configuration overview
Hinweis:
- The add-in can be used in Microsoft 365 applications, but field mapping is only available for emails and can only be used in Microsoft Outlook.
- ServiceNow Add-in for Microsoft 365 is only supported for Microsoft Outlook 2019 or later versions.
- Actions that require the admin role, can also be performed with the sn_outlook_addin.outlook_addin_setup role.
