Update a move request workplace service

    • As a workplace manager, modify a move request that is created in the Workplace Case Management application. You can add move tasks, edit a task template, add child move cases, and more.

    Vorbereitungen

    Ensure that you have the following applications installed:
    • Workplace Core
    • Workplace Case Management.

    Role required: sn_wsd_case.manager or workplace manager

    Prozedur

    1. Navigate to All > Workplace Case Management > Workplace Case Management - Setup > Workplace services.
    2. Select any of the following move-related workplace services that you want to edit:
      • Workplace Move Service
      • Move Employee Personal Items
    3. On the form, edit the fields that you want to update.
      For more information about each field on the form, see Create a Workplace service.
    4. Wahlweise: To edit a workplace service activity, go to the Workplace Service Activity related list and select the workplace service activity that you want to edit.

    5. Click Update.

    Ergebnisse

    The workplace service is updated.
