Journeys on Now Mobile
Journeys are created in the ServiceNow® Journey designer application to help employees navigate multi-step transitions, such as onboarding, maternity leave, or an interdepartmental transfer. The Now Mobile application enables users to perform journey-related tasks from the convenience of their mobile device.
Using Journeys on Now Mobile
Managers can
- View outstanding tasks and filter them by employee journey or priority.
- View and complete their own Journeys.
- View important information about outstanding journeys and drill down on details.

Managers can create journeys, add mentors, and publish the journeys in the Employee Center on desktop only.
Mentors can
- View and complete their outstanding tasks.
- Receive notifications when they are assigned to an employee's journey.
Employees can
- View and complete tasks and training.
- Navigate through all of their tasks and milestones.
- Message their mentor or manager
- Search for help articles.
- Complete learning courses added by the organization or their manager.
- Receive notifications when a journey is created for them.
